Lead from Where You Are

About This Course

Every lawyer can be a leader - at any stage of their career and from any point on their firm’s org chart. The question is, what kind of leader do you want to be?

Which skills will get you there? Which biases won’t?

Find answers in an entertaining discussion, illuminated by research data, pop culture references and examples relatable to small and mid-sized law firms. Finally, a handout will provide resources to continue to hone your leadership skills as you prepare for challenges ahead.
