    Very practical course in helping to identify patterns and behaviours which result in conflicts at the office. Course materials/exercises are excellent tools to help in the assessment process and to develop valuable conflict resolution skillsets. I thoroughly enjoyed this short program.

    I really enjoyed the presenters matter of fact and kind-of-funny delivery. It was refreshing to get a perspective that was honest and not sugar-coated or highly PC.
