Michelle is the Founder of MetaCC Incorporated where she primarily functions as a Leadership & Career Coach as well as a Human Resources Consultant. She has over 20 years of experience working in both the private and public sectors. During this time, she has worked in a diverse range of industries.
Michelle graduated from York University with a Honours Bachelor of Arts degree. She currently holds both the Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designations. Michelle also holds a number of certifications including a registered Mentor Coach on the International Coach Federation, Facilitator for Development Dimensions International (DDI), Birkman First Look (BFL) Reports and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NPL).
Michelle also leads customized leadership coaching programs focused on the integration and development of professionals in the corporate sector. As part of these programs, Michelle partners with leaders to identify and effectively manage challenges related to effective leadership, attracting and retaining talent, developing high performers, engagement, total rewards and succession planning.
Michelle is very passionate about learning at all levels. In addition to her Executive Coaching and Consulting practice, Michelle also develops and facilitates workshops focused on professional development. Michelle was also a former Community Producer and Host of the educational TV show, "Coaching for Today's Workplace" on Rogers TV (Peel Region).
Outside of the corporate arena, Michelle also provides Life Coaching services to individuals, couples and families. Michelle is passionate about education and raising awareness through her work as a published author on the YourTango experts network where she writes about self development topics. She also enjoys facilitating workshops and sharing her expertise and learnings as a guest speaker.
